Transcendental Meditation: Transcendental meditation is a technique that uses a mantra to help focus the mind. Here are the steps:
Find a quiet place to sit comfortably with your back straight.
Close your eyes and repeat a mantra silently to yourself.
Allow your thoughts to come and go, but keep your attention on the mantra.
If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to the mantra.
Loving-Kindness Meditation: Loving-kindness meditation is a technique that cultivates feelings of love and compassion towards oneself and others. Here are the steps:
